Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Chris Robbins
Chris is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Unison Builds and brings more than 30 years of experience building and renovating homes in Colorado’s mountain communities. Throughout his career, he has led luxury residential projects in areas including Steamboat Springs and Vail, developing deep expertise in high-end renovations, custom homes, and the unique challenges of mountain construction. Known for his friendly and approachable disposition, Chris prioritizes strong relationships and clear communication with every client. His leadership and decades of hands-on experience help ensure every Unison Builds project is executed with the care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail the company is known for.
Director of Construction Operations
Chad Keasler
Chad oversees all project management operations at Unison Builds, ensuring every project runs with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail from start to finish. With more than a decade of experience managing large-scale residential construction for Lennar, Chad brings a deep understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across trades and teams. His leadership ensures that each Unison Builds project progresses smoothly while maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship and organization our clients expect.
Construction Controller
John Bush
John leads all accounting and financial operations at Unison Builds, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and project cost management to ensure every project is executed with strong financial oversight. Prior to joining Unison Builds, John gained extensive experience in accounting and finance with Lennar, where he developed a deep understanding of financial systems within residential construction. His expertise and disciplined approach help ensure the financial strength and operational efficiency that support every Unison Builds project.
Director of Preconstruction & Business Development
Yaron Pacht
Yaron leads preconstruction and business development at Unison Builds, helping clients transform early ideas into clear, actionable projects. With more than a decade of experience in custom home building and scaling real estate-related businesses, he specializes in guiding projects through the early phases—from initial vision and feasibility through planning, budgeting, and permitting. His role is to help clients refine their goals, align the right team, and establish a clear path that moves projects from concept to construction with confidence.
